Maroochydore Apartments

Opening in August 2009, this 20 x 2 bedroom apartment development provided essential affordable housing for the Sunshine Coast community. Each of the four separate three level buildings have been designed to be complimentary to the coastal character of the Sunshine Coast and include communal landscaped areas and centralised undercover parking areas.
