Newington Preparatory College, Library

National Buildplan Group has recently completed the Wyvern library extension works at Newington Preparatory College, Sydney. This project consisted of a new two storey concrete framed building with curved curtain wall glazing. A key feature of the new building is the curved curtain wall. As the school is in the flight path of Sydney Airport the curtain walling was double glazed with every joint and connection sealed to ensure the correct acoustic rating was achieved.
