Osborne Farm Workers’ Accommodation, Darley Studd

Buildplan were engaged by Ladd Hudson Architect’s as head contractor to construct The Osborne Farm Workers’ Accommodation on behalf of Darley Australia.

Darley Australia is one of Autralia’s leading breeders and trainers of thoroughbred horse racing. This development was part of a larger $20m thoroughbred stable and training facility at Agnes Banks near Richmond, Sydney.

The project comprises 4 lots of 3 single bedrooms with ensuite units, a large common area comprising common room, dining and games room and commercial sized kitchen.
