Located at the rear of the existing operational Parchem Construction Supplies Factory; this project consists of a 8,000m² warehouse facility containing pallet racking for 9788 pallets, a 300,000 Litre Dangerous Goods Store, a two storey administration area incorporating; sample making rooms, training rooms, dispatch and receivables offices and associated car parking for over 100 vehicles.
