Buildplan were engaged as a pre-qualified contractor to refurbish the 10 storey abandoned office structure know as "Blocks H&G Mallet Street". The works involved the refurbishment of all levels, installation of vertical transportation system in the form of a cable operated lift servicing all floors, fire rating to all levels, installation of fire escape stairs servicing all levels, new roof structure for plant rooms, installation of new electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, sprinkler, fire and data systems to entire building.
